Now back for it's fourth year - Miss Sparkle is not just a beauty pageant, we are looking for the girl that we all love, the girl that projects her personality, enjoys the moment and sparkles from the inside out. Naturally we want you to make an effort but we also want you to have fun and enjoy the experience as we find the face of UK Transgenderism for 2008/09.
