We’re so happy to be able to offer the awesome services, events, and opportunities we do as a volunteer team! We try to reply to everyone quickly, but sometimes it might take a bit longer—especially around busy times like the lead-up to Sparkle Weekend Festival. We aim to get back to all emails within 5-7 working days, but just know that there could be a delay when we’re extra busy.

We love hearing positive feedback, but we also want to know if something’s not quite right so we can improve. If you have a complaint or anything you want to raise, please reach out. We’re always working to make sure our events and the people running them meet the highest standards.
